3. Shipping

We ship within 2 business days after payment and aim to ship within 24 hours. Any import duties or taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

4. Returns and Refunds

• You may return your order within 14 days of receipt.
• We refund the full product price listed on your invoice.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Return shipping is your responsibility.
• Custom-made candles cannot be returned.

5. Faulty or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days with a photo of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement.
